Intro to Part I

God did not create a meaningless world.

“Complexity is not of God. How could it be, when all He knows is One? He knows of one creation, one reality, one truth and but one Son. Nothing conflicts with oneness.”

The world you see is complex and full of conflict. The ego is “comfortable” with the world. As you identify with the ego, you embrace this conflict. You may find it difficult to accept conflict as “comfortable”; you do not notice how often you define your “self” by what you are against.

Your tolerance of Oneness is limited because you identify with the ego. Think of complexity as swaddling that you have become comfortable with, even though it is also constraining and confining. This swaddling is, of course, a barrier. If Oneness is true, there can be no barriers, only a “space” that is perfect and open yet full and complete.

Learning to tolerate the presence of this “open space” will enable you to make the choice to identify with your Real self. Practice is required. There may be discomfort in this process and this is understandable.

In this, you are not alone.
