There is another way of looking at the world.

Your miscreations are presented to you as “evidence” that separation, and not Oneness, is real. Your experience of being immersed in separation does not alter the Reality that Oneness remains the only Reality.
You are the source of (as in, non-different from) your EVERY experience. How could it be otherwise if Oneness is true? What is called for is that you recognize your EVERY experience as either:
- an expression of the Oneness that you have accepted in your mind, or
- an opportunity to accept Oneness.
If you are aware of distress, it is because you are faced with an opportunity to accept Oneness.
