Sickness is a defense against the truth.

A sick body and a well one, have much in common. Neither one is what you are and neither one exists at all. It is difficult to notice this when the body is “sick”.
Sickness feels personal. What is personal must be separate, (a “sick” part isolated from the “well” whole). Oneness now seems shattered.
Cling to the truth that Oneness has never changed.
