Your task is to begin questioning the nature of the experience you call “living”.
The purpose of this questioning is not to take on new beliefs to replace the old ones. This is not an insistence that you should believe something that you do not believe. Imagine instead, that you are a photographer and that a lens is being added to your existing stock of lenses.
This is an opportunity to consider another possible view without resting on any default assumptions that you may already have. After years of going along with such default assumptions, you forget that there is any choice in the way that you see things.
This questioning is the first step on the road to allowing Oneness to enter the mind more fearlessly.
This questioning is a courageous step that must be taken with trust and open-mindedness. And, it will become clear to you that you do not take this step alone.
