Intro to Part I

Oneness Commentary:

I am never upset for the reason I think.

The essence of upset is generally about the “other”, even when it seems to be about “me”. This is because we know, and define, “me”, by contrast, with the idea of some “other” (some “not me”).

The idea of the “other”, is based on the assumption that the idea of “something-else” is not only possible but true. This must be a lie if Oneness is true. You will not be able to focus on this lie while you are upset.

In other words, “Upset-ness” is a wonderful distraction from noticing that separation is not true.

The purpose of this blog is to assist you with deepening into A Course In Miracles by clarifying the Course concept of Oneness.
